PLEASE READ

No deposit is required for our clients. However, we understand your time is just as valuable as ours. We encourage everyone to please call asap if you are no longer able to make your scheduled appointment time. Communication is key and we want to service all of our customers in a timely manner.

Any transaction that is declined will result in a declined appointment sorry :(

Late Policy

There is a 15 min grace period for all services. If you fail to show up within that timeframe you must reschedule with the stylist.

No Show

For all NO CALL NO SHOW clients you will be responsible and charged for 100% of the total service.

Cancelation Policy

We are human and understand things come up. If you are unable to make your appointment. You must cancel 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in being charged for 50% of the service.
